Alan Taylor
Alan Taylor is the Chief Operating Officer of Maxio, where he leverages over a decade of experience in scaling B2B enterprise software companies and driving transformative growth. Known for his strategic insight and operational acumen, Alan has led successful teams in achieving high-impact growth through both organic and M&A strategies. His extensive private equity experience includes guiding companies through two private equity exits, playing a key role in an IPO process, acquiring and integrating several add-ons, and leading various strategic and GTM functions.
Prior to joining Maxio, Alan served as Chief Corporate Development Officer at Litera, focusing on acquisition integration and expanding the company’s legal tech ecosystem. At PowerSchool, he was part of the executive team that grew the business from $100 million to over $600 million in revenue, spearheading over 15 acquisitions. His experience also spans investing in legal technology for firms like Mitratech and Aderant.
Alan holds a B.S. in Finance from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. With a proven track record in corporate development, finance, and operational leadership, Alan plays a pivotal role in Maxio’s mission to empower SaaS companies in an ever-evolving landscape.
